Brightown provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.
 

Satisfaction Guarantee

In order to provide a better service & shopping experience for our customers. We shall provide refund or replacement for defective products. We shall offer a 12-month satisfaction guarantee. (The refund service doesn't include man-made damage/disassemble/burning/water ingress/breakage/ etc.)

  1. Membership Warranty Coverage: Essentially, as long as customers are registered as our warranty members, within the one-year warranty period, we generally agree to process returns and refunds.

  2. Non-Refundable Extra Shipping Costs: We regret to inform you that additional shipping costs incurred by customers during order placement are non-refundable. This decision is due to the various labor and logistical expenses involved in our collaboration with logistics providers.

  3. Avoid Malicious Returns: We kindly request customers not to engage in malicious returns, as our warehouse colleagues face considerable challenges during the sorting process.

  4. Lack of Pickup Services: At present, we have not found a suitable logistics provider for pickup services. Therefore, customers are required to arrange and bear the costs for returning items to our warehouse.

 

Refund Process:

 

Step 1: Ensure Product Eligibility for Resale

Before initiating a refund, please ensure that the product is in a condition that allows for resale. This includes making sure all original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact, and the product shows no signs of damage or wear.

 

Step 2: Notify Us via Email

Please send an email to info@brightown.com to inform us about your return. Include details about the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

 

Step 3: Provide Logistics Tracking Number and Cost Screenshot

Upon receiving our email response, please provide us with the logistics tracking number for the return shipment. Additionally, attach a screenshot of the logistics cost as proof of the incurred expenses. This information will help us process your refund promptly.

 

Step 4: Full Refund Processing

Once we receive your email with the logistics tracking number, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Our team will verify the returned product's condition and complete the refund within the shortest possible time. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

 

Please note that the exact timeframe for receiving the refund may vary depending on your payment provider and their processes.
